Which format should I choose?

A personal consultation is $50: explore a specific issue or get to know my approach.

One month of mentoring is $350: support as you begin turning understanding into action.

Three months of mentoring is $900: time to explore recurring patterns and make changes step by step.

Do I need to know exactly what to ask?

No. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.
